Phase 1 foundation for kellyloudon.com: Home, Workshop, Contact. Theme is token-driven (light/dark). Content is derived presentation; the public-content hub remains the source of truth for real packages later.
Outcome: clean static build, singleton Home rule, workshop cards with honest status labels, mailto contact, llms.txt and basic JSON-LD. Local preview works; deploy is a later phase.
Learning: keep the scaffold small. Agents and humans both extend better when structure is boring and explicit.
