Agent-operated firm (in public)
Building a solopreneur firm where agents handle real business work — human judgment on the loop, not hype demos.

Living work: agents that draft, triage, maintain knowledge, and keep ops moving — under tight charters and human approval where it matters.
Outcome so far: ownership model locked (OpenCode for structure and redesigns; Personal Agent for routine content later under a tight charter), a public-content hub contract, and this site as the presentation layer.
Learning: competence beats pedigree theater. Code is a means. Reliable loops and clear boundaries matter more than flashy autonomous agents.
Status stays building on purpose — the firm is the ongoing experiment.
